refine your illustrations on the back and limit to the ones that are seriously appealing .. some of them look like a car engine or random animal footprints
if you want to cover the back like that make a pattern from a few items.
try to tie the illustrations into the logo style as well .. same curves .. color .. anything. looks disjointed.
also .. your type on the front needs help. create a grid and limit the ways you use the face.
color is nice .. i prefer the gray and green combo.
