the large techy logo seems at odds with the reverse side which I like (other than the colour) also, why the change in shade of grey from front to back?
And I dont like the staggering of the typr for you name/title and then the number staggered again, looks a bit all over the place.
I think the front and back are at odds and I think the back is better. I would change the colour to something more natural, can still be bold. I would then reconsider your logo, maybe just smaller and less prominent if you are using this already, and I would try and bring cohesion between the front and the back, let the back lead you. Keep it more natural looking.
