At 23, I'd say go get your masters. Put in the time now if this is what you want to do, so your education will never be an obsticle. A masters degree will only open doors for you.
I have a few friends who have their masters now, and doors just seem to be opening up for them.
I'm 28 now and am thinking about more school before I have commitments in my life that won't let me go to school, like a sparkle jr.
