when i lived and worked downtown the IML convention was crazy. You'd always see guys running around in chaps with nothing underneath on Michigan Ave. Eventually they'd get busted and have to cover up but it's a pretty gnarly weekend. A grip of them would stay at the Hilton near SAIC so there was plenty of people watching entertainment.
