I love the concept and as somebody else stated, I think simplification is key with this one. You're bringing a lot of elements together to make a meaningful and engaging mark for a time in life when a woman is feeling rather un-sexy, so the curvy sex appeal silhouette is hot and appropriate, but I'd also recommend a bit more of a voluptuous figure.
The baby does take a few seconds to see. Babies are cute cause they have such big heads - you might be able to play that up a bit. Another idea is to maybe work up a version of the silhouette pushing a carriage? Maybe too literal? It might be worth exploring.
I actually quite like the merging of the heel and the M, although you will need to consider how you'll deal with this in a horizontal configuration.
Looking forward to seeing it refined.
