    well he is looking for a good place to live
    told him to check with you. and i recommend santa monica

    i love santa monica and venice
    he should visit and hang out in both sides

    ppl are telling him that venice = gangs

    a lot of arty kids love the fucking east side

    i dont like that

    there are MORE gangs in silverlake and echo park
    fuck that

    those places are dangerous for even me to walk around outside at night my friends just got mugged in silverlake
    venice...

    i see white women walking their dogs at night. its one of the more "colorful" beach cities in LA
    but not even close to the worst city to live in for a "hipster"

    you can ask the surfstation guys... the stolen guys.. even joe kral lives in venice
