it's a very mysterious site, i'm not sure who your audience is but simplyfying the navigation will help (right side, try taking off the "home" button when your in a sub page vs. the "home" button on the home page), i'm also not sure about the rollovers circles, it make is seem more a a memory game, maybe you can find an alternate way of doing that ... It may also give you room for a "call to action..." or at least not make the user click more often to try and figure out what to do, you also might want to consider, just a thought...
