I am aware of the term Jaline, thanks, my point was that the term Oreo seems to infer that white people are perhaps something inferior or that there is something immoral or wrong with interracial relationships, I am more questioning why a term is derogatory and to whom the term would be more derogatory other than the fact that the majority of people get offended by things because society requires and dictates that they should, and not that they actually are offensive. Infact, terms like this perpetuate racism from within the black population which is a rare point of view from the point of mass media.
Maybe I am completely wrong, I was simply curious as to what in particular shellie found offensive.
