Haven't you seen Gattica? He uses a little vaccum to clean all traces of himself from it.
anyhow, pop the keys off, be careful with the spacebar and some of the wider keys.
Get rubbing alcohol and some q-tips and have at it. DO NOT eat what you find inside. It's most likely months and years worth of leftovers, dead skin, eyelashes, hair, etc.
