yeah, Taxi is a fullservice boutique agency.
So, basically, every major agency in the world has an office here and there's a bunch of boutiques as well.
None of them impress me. Ad agencies have a tendancy to just plain make bad media.
As for the response of Toronto having design firms. Yes, isn't half of NT from Toronto?
