well, just a thought, but it is possible that you could find a local sign company, tell them what you want and have them construct it for you out of .125 aluminum (.050 alum is thin and dings easily)
they can put any number of hinges in it and polish it up.
we dont do stuff like that where i work, but we could.
ob the other hand, it would be pretty damned expensive, but you would have a one of a kind folio, customized and sturdy.if you are interested in going thru a local sign shop, then tell em straight up what you want and ask to speak to a shop person.
again, IF you wanna do that. then i'd be happy to offer advice on availble materials etc. i know a bit about such things.=)
