ugh. memo to politicians:
how about working on issues that are a little more pressing, instead of trying to ban people from marriage? i'm sure you guys could think of something... maybe... fixing the whole "war" thing... or perhaps the deficit? or maybe you could fund research for alternative energy?
because let's face it. allowing gay people to marry wouldn't:
(a) cause the entire Arab world to threaten jihad.
(b) cause the nation to sink into debt up to it's eyeballs.
(c) cause gasoline to reach $20 a gallon.
