heh hell yeah it would.
if yr worried about getting a place, here's my point of view:
i've lived in 4 places in the past 6 years here in nyc. every time (except this last one) i've waited until a week before the first to get a new place. basically they take you out, you go out, you do this for 2 or 3 days, you pick the place you want and you get it.
done deal.
just know what you want to pay and be prepared to pay about 200 bux more than that, cuz that's what yr gonna pay.
