i imagine it would not be difficult to organize a meetup, considering you're a girl and all. ha.
yeah, so, as for best time... the weather will be quite nice soon, and it gets more hot and humid and uncomfortable as the season progresses through august, so soon! or wait until september, imo. it's not like thailand or something, but i'm a sissy when it comes to humidity.
and centrally locted b&b that's reasonable? um... i know a good hostel with a diner around the corner!
