Point is, what did that take to pass through? One day? A week? I believe congress handles quite a few things during the year, big and small.
Also, do you really give a damn? Do you think congress stops what they are doing, drops everything and passes this sort of thing while nothing else gets accomplished? I wonder how many lackies your Democratic boy in Wisconsin has working for him writing up his bills and his legislation... or did you think he actually does that himself while buring the midnight oil?
