- 1cm thick beef fillets puonded thin and seasoned lightly.
- chevre, basil, and pre-grilled zucchini slices spread over 2/3's of beef fillet.
- rolled, tied, then rubbed w/ olive oil and seared on hot portion of grill.
-shifted to low-heat area of grill for an additional 10 minutes.
-sliced on bias and plateda nice Porter or full Syrah partners well...
