And to take it further, it's quite clearly the pernicious influence of continental immigrants/invaders, like the Roman[ie]s, French and ... well, the whole bloody lot of 'em.
THEY're the classist, racist ones. Us poor Northerners have had it so hard over the past few hundred years.
