The only time I have run into someone using the Mac version of IE for browsing was on the computer of this stupid girl in the Fashion program at my school who got held back int he 7th grade because she didn't know how to read.
Translation: The dumbest of the dumb use Mac IE. If these knuckle heads aren't in your target audience, I wouldn't worry too much about it. If they are, work around it.
