Even if it is the craziest most insane place to work it would give you great agency experience and that is the one thing that Colorado does not have. If you want to be in advertising and make cool interactive commercials, CPB is really the only place to be in the area.
What will be interesting is when the various people who work there build up a client roster, leave, set up their own agencies because they are addicted to the lovely Boulder living and things get more interesting in this town and property values go up again :)
