Imagine your worst ad agency hours times two. A couple of us in our midst, some of the top dogs in our design field have interviewed with CPB.

Here are a few things you should know.

    1. During the interview of BOTH of my friends, they literally asked tje, the follow: "Do you have a wife, dog kids?" "Well you might as well forget about them because here at crispin we work long hours and work hard and you prob wont see them much"

Usually I would ignore this, but I have heard this same story from many people.

I have worked with CPB on projects and everybody I have worked with that works at CPB say they pretty much work Crispin hours... morning till bed. In fact they said most of them sleep at work most of the time.

    2. Crispin runs over the people they partner with.

Many agencies and freelancers will not work with them. Even Natske has had a splash page up for a while cussing out Jeff Benjamin, one of the people behind the madness. Pretty much Jeff has stolen many ideas from people including Natske.

Crispin is also known for getting agencies in poor areas such as mexico to do work for them for free, so they will have future opportunity with Crispin, then of course CPB dumps them after one project. This has happened many times.

They will spit their contractors out and leave them for dead like no other agency I have seen.

Well these are a few things that you should know about before getting tempted. yes you will work on cool things, but is it worth your life?
