does anyone else think that 'guest worker program' may be translated on the other side of the border as 'amnesty program'?
i'm not so sure about that myself... (listening to some folks yap about it on the radio)...
... and I just heard another comment saying that 'Guest Workers' will be hired at half the cost (like illegal workers now) and that nothing will change?
sooooo... basically... I don't know what's really going on here - nothing's really changed?
