send an email to their support team.
i had one script that would work on one of their servers that didn't work on another and it turned about that they did some update and forgot to change a setting.
so just email them and let them know what's up. i find that they are very good with response times. just select the "OH MY GOD I NEED HELP ASAP" option or whatever it is and they'll get right on it =)
