I like Kinky Friedman's plan better.
“We’ll divide the Mexican border into five jurisdictions and appoint a Mexican general for each and to each general we pay $1 million which we hold in a Swiss bank account,” Friedman said. “Every time we catch an illegal coming through his section we withdraw $5,000.”
