yes, and hopefully it's cheaper oil. (as their major export is oil). they are also a major exporter of natural gas... which hopefully would lead to cheaper natural gas as well.

(May 15 06, 10:04)this is what i am saying. Libya oil exports are also controled to a larger extent, by the desires of the funding/financial interests of the Saudi's in Libyan oil companies...
