it was awesome e-pill.
lex was taken. they gave him special powers (the same as clark's). clark was to kill him to save earth. instead clark killed the otehr guy and inadvertantly released zod. all hell breaks loose. zod traps clark in one of those crazy glass thingies and shoots him out into space.
