How about a 17 year old who bones his 15 year old girlfriend in a state where legal age of consent is 16?

(May 11 06, 07:58)He's still breaking the law. Since he is the older one, he should get a huge warning and then let go of, because this situation is probably not a big deal. However, if he continues to go after younger girls later on in life (which he may), then he should be put in jail.
