any reason why you need a dmg? you can get a dmg by putting disk utility into your dock and dropping the mounted dvd onto the icon (in tiger, at least). if you want to make the folder of vobs into a dmg, you can use disk utility to do that as well. if youre trying to dupe a dvd, use toast titanium 7 to compress and burn it to dvd format.
