That sucks Dobs, hope the best for you.
I'm lucky enough to own my apartment, so I can do pretty much whatever suits me without having to fear landlords giving me the boot.
There is some boys in their early 20's underneath me that likes to party hard and get loud most weekends. But I don't mind because if I tell em turn turn it down a bit, they do. I even joined them a few times when I just went down to tell them to turn it down.
