I hate that shit, I'm living in an apartment building right now and I can't even really turn on my stereo after 10pm, so I have to listen to music on my laptop..
hope you don't get evicted man... maybe you need to stop by their apartment with a peace offering and mention that they should come to you first if yer being too loud, instead of going straight to the manager...
