epills list is prett massive.
Some places, a lot actually, refrains from interviewing unless you are already here and have a working visa in order. It's just less of a hussle to go through all paperwork when nationals here are available. So I'd say go through epills list, find the places you're interested in, and apply once you're here and have settled in.
