    your body might also be wired to hold more water around your midsection than most people.

    pay attention to your sodium intake, and, surprisingly enough drink more water. (seems backwards i know) but it helps to flush your system and makes your body get rid of some of that stored water.

    i have the same problem. it's genetics.

    I know the water trick but I need to shed the lard.

    In case anybody is wondering. I just ate a lot of veggies and now I'm full. I will be a fishitarian until I lose most of the gut.
