    Laughter.

    Working out is for the birds, but I find that if you laugh a lot - you're working abdominal muscles.

    I laugh at everything, and crack jokes almost every waking second of the day.

    So despite the fact I do not work, I'm convinced this is why I've never had to.

    I'm quietly doing crunches almost all the time.

    Look past the fact that if it wasn't for my elbow, a gumband on my wrist would easily slide up to my shoulder.

    It's all about the beach and abs, haha.
