buy a food scale and start weighing out your food.
say you're going to eat chicken. normally stick to 6oz of it. take what would have been your normal portion and weigh it out and see how much more you were eating. it's usually a big difference.
eat more, smaller meals a day. good luck fatty boom ba latty.
