For most pixelfonts you have to use a specific fontsize. Try using font sizes of 8, 16, 24 etc.
I know there are some pixelfonts that just don't work in flash - don't know the names. Try using the 'standard' font from miniml.com. This one has always worked for me.
Be sure to have the display size of your flash movie set to 100%
