be sexually harassing from the start --- for instance:
if it's a she... as if she has a boyfriend - get her feeling you're all interested in her as a person and new employee -- then ask her if she wants to cheat.
my old boss did that... FOR REAL --- and she still works for him... and he asks her at least once a week -- she giggles stupidly everytime.
