Considering all the Kiwi's I know are either here (in the UK) or in Australia (melbourne)...sort of suggests that they prefer to work (atleast initially) overseas.
So I cant give you any firm facts on the job market, but as they are so close to australia, thinges there are definately on the improve (or so my friends say)..so its probably improving there also.
Now regarding Kathmandu....
