    i like them, but I would also think in pixel size forms, being a software company, this logo may be applyed in icon size many times, and a lot of times in RGB (on digital screen)

    so your creation must be also strong in these situations, this may influence you on your designs, and redability of the typography in it.

    i see you're a little lost with witch type face to use and colors. i would try to decide the form first, then do some color studies.
