Mimio, that's a horribly limited analogy. It doesn't work. We are talking about a limitless creator who, in perfect justice, gave us free will. We are offered reconciliation as a free gift. When somebody goes into eternity seperated from God, they do so of their own volition. God's goodness is not comprimised because he knows who will be seperated from him. If I may hoist you on your own petard for a moment, God indeed does reach out and save us before we are hit by a bus. He does this thru Christ's sacrifice at Calvary.
