Strap her to a table and use a scalpel to slice from her sternum to her naval, then again diagonally from her armpits to her naval, open up the flaps and nail them with rusty nails straight through her arms, her wrists will be held in place with horseshoes (lucky?), this would all be done while she is under local anaesthetic and wheeled through childrens hospitals as an introduction to art.
