Refresh NT or PVN

  I sometimes forget to refresh everything else (except the PVN), but that's mostly because I use
  http://newstoday.com/public.php

  The problem with using that is that the site logs you out after about 30 minutes if there's inactivity. So now I started using the regular URL, and I'm obsessive-compulsive, therefore I need to refresh everything every once in a while.
