he's trying to create that tension just as much...every bit of news on rising oil prices as to do with the Iranian tensions, big bucks are being made. it's not an legitamate threat though, not much is clear Russia has a big say in this and they would jump in if anything happen...it's still at a mutual deadlock, just not in rhetoric
