thanks guys...the reason I ask is that the client sked me to vectorise this logo ( i did not make it ) and as I started to look at it I thought there was alot of things to tighten up with it...for ex, i dont like how the font in the upper row is bigger then on the lower row and how there is a big diffrent in the space in between the font and red bars on the top and on the bottom...plus the red bar in the middle right is wider then on the middle left...
so I brought it to the client attention asking if he wanted me to tight it up, wich he responded no, that it was correct and that the things i pointed out was to be like that for "the graphic impersion to be right"
im no logo designer, so it hought it was a great oppertunity for me to learn and to see what you guys think.
