I hate that feeling, that happened to me a couple weeks ago and I was up for 60 hours straight.
I did the same, tried to take it one thing at a time and was able to get one of my deadlines extended which helped a ton.
I also usually find going for a walk or a jog, and then having a long shower usually helps me calm down and focus.
