well after visiting bestbuy, tweeter, and calling crutchfield, it looks like it's pretty much impossible with the stock VW Monsoon system. Tweeter and BestBuy recommended i get the FM modulator. $145 installed, but i get to keep my cd changer's functionality (which the ghetto adapter i mentioned earlier would eliminate). now i just need to figure out if it's really worth the cash for a little better sound.
