I love the 3D work more than any other form of graphics, but I can see how this will dilute the significance of it.
Kinda like Police selling pieces of their songs so others can remix them (oh, wait, they are already doing that!!).I would pay a grand for a well printed, limited edition image to hang on my wall. But since anyone can just buy it, it makes it less interesting, to me as a designer. I don't think I'd care as much if they were flattened images, but the fact that you can swap layers and call it your own is a little unsettling.
I just hope they all can stay one step ahead of the game. If you are making some cash off it, that's great.
