right on, punyboy! i hear you.
but one always needs to have free thoughts to examine, evaluate and take "authority" to the test.
because quite frankly, authority is not always a God given display of great morality and honesty.

... the thing is though - w/this immigration situation over here... it's just 'odd'. It makes no sense to me that really... out of NO WHERE... there's all the sudden this massive amount of outcry to 'let them stay!'...
... other than the fact we're going into election season again - and this immigration bit is more political than anything else.
My own state's lovely Senator, John McCain is neck-deep in this shit... but I'm thinking it's more to do w/his bid for the Presidency coming up... because this guy hasn't ever talked about this shit - and ... AND... has primarily been conservative up until about 2 years ago.
On top of that - you've got every political has-been/wanna-be and hopeful jumping on board and using this 'issue' to drive their own agendas.
It's really sad, dude... cuz it's a big DEAL. I live in Phoenix, AZ - three hours from the border..
... everyday 'illegal immigrant' issues are in our news...
