i use 'soveriegn' to underline the fact that this country does have a set of rules that it's citizens live by... just like Canada.
In a classroom - the teacher is the 'soveriegn' authority - they have rules... you live and work by them...
... if not - you're sent to the principles office... sometimes even kicked out of school.In a workplace (your job) - you employer has a 'soveriegn' set of rules - you either live and work by them (get there on time - do your duties - contribute) or get fired.
It's a fact of life - you HAVE TO WORK... and I RESPECT that about America's immigrants - they are here working!!
I'm all for work!! work work work!!
but i'm also - more importantly - am for rules and authority...
... so I know when I wake up in the morning - I can go to work.
