i forgot to say something in my last post...
... i'm all for amnesty.... ALL FOR IT...
if they're here now - LET THEM STAY... only because chances are that they have nothing left to go back to (no place to live, eat, sleep etc... I know alot of people 'leave that behind' when they come here)...
... but it's time to reform and lock-down... at least for a bit until things smooth out...
