What does that say about the social services and infrastructure of Mexico, etc.?

(Apr 19 06, 12:58)The US government seems to do little in terms of helping other countries close to them or with ties. More involvment in certain areas and less in others might help. They quite often oppose progressive movements and governments and supported regressive and authoritarian ones. No wonder people flee.
