yes a lot of my friends have studio spaces there, and the roof is 100% covered in grafitti and on July 4th every year there is a huge party on the roof with tons of new graf being thrown up.
also ttons of other great artists in the fun factory..enterance is on the side thru a door that is labeled CRANE studios.
so what do you have to do with PS1 enterance fees/?
